My goodness, you called me and wanted to buy this particular house. You did not even want to look at another home. I was able to negotiate a price of $81,950 on a home that was listed at $89,950 and also negotiated a home warranty and $2,250 in seller concessions. Most people would feel like that was a pretty good concession in today's market. It's about 12% off of list price if you consider the seller concessions. In addition, the appraiser valued the property at $92,000. That means that I negotiated a deal to get you a home at 86.6% of the value of the home. We did an inspection. I negotiated to include a home warranty. Home warranties have certain coverage parameters. It's unfortunate that your repairs fell outside of those paramaters and you had to put additional dollars into the home. I'm not sure what hidden concerns you were worried about since we addressed all the issues at the time of the purchase.
